Contact

Jade Chinese Medicine has a strict 24 hr cancellation policy. The time and energy of you, other patients, and myself is valuable.

Your booked treatment time is held for you and you alone: I require 24 hrs notice if you cannot make an appointment. Your confirmation emails and text will be active to change or cancel your appointment until 24 hours before. Once you’ve received the booking confirmation via email, you have accepted these conditions.

In fairness to all involved, the full cost of treatment will be charged for missed, rescheduled, or cancelled appointment times without this notice. This will facilitate better healing outcomes for everyone involved!

Thank you for your respect.

The best way is to make an appointment online: where you can find a time that suits you easily and hassle free!

Online bookings: bookings@jadeacupuncturebrisbane.com.au

Please keep in mind: I am often heavily, if not fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance. If you are looking for a last minute appointment I am unlikely to be available – please check the booking link above for availability.

If you would like to speak to Jade directly:

Email: info@jadeacupuncturebrisbane.com.au

Please be aware I am often with other patients so may take a little while to get back to you!

Arrival Time

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time so you can take advantage of the full benefit of your consultation.

Late arrivals:

It’s important that you arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your session and to get the most out of your experience. Unfortunately, if you arrive late I won’t be able to extend your treatment session over the intended time as I often have another person booked after you!

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

For chronic or autoimmune conditions: please bring any blood or medical tests you have had in the last 6 months.

Details of any medicines/ pharmaceuticals your doctor has prescribed, and any herb or vitamin supplements you are currently taking.
