Jade Chinese Medicine has a strict 24 hr cancellation policy. The time and energy of you, other patients, and myself is valuable. Respect is a fundamental part of all therapeutic relationships, as is trust and good communication.
In view of my commitment to patient care, I would like to provide adequate appointment availability to my patients, in order to cater to their health needs and busy lifestyles. When cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, I am unable to offer that appointment to other patients.
Appointments which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification will incur a cancellation fee of half the appointment booked. Patients who do not show up for their appointment without calling to cancel will be considered as a NO SHOW. A No Show will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment booked.
In fairness to all involved, the full cost of treatment will be charged for missed, rescheduled, or cancelled appointment times without this notice. This will facilitate better healing outcomes for everyone involved!
Thank you for your respect.

I am often heavily booked 2 -4 weeks in advance. If you are looking for a last minute appointment I am unlikely to be available – please check the booking link above for availability. The best way is to make an appointment online: where you can find a time that suits you easily and hassle free!
Please check the FAQ page and associated pages before emailing me questions as most information is readily available on this website. Questions regarding these matters will not be answered.
Something to keep in mind…
I have both Undergraduate and Post graduate qualifications in Chinese Medicine. This means I have 7 – 8 years of Full time study in Chinese Medicine (as well as my other qualifications – see my bio for a full list). I have more than 1600 supervised clinical hours in my field to be qualified at this level.
Im also one of very few – I would estimate less than 10% – of Chinese Medicine practitioners who sees one client exclusively for the consultation time.
Neither of these things are the ‘average’ in professional practice.
This is not a value judgment – more isn’t automatically better, and knowledge often does not reside in qualifications. But if you want someone offering the ‘average’ – book with them!
Pricing
Chinese Herbal Medicines are a separate charge and will vary depending on the herbs involved.
I am a registered provider with all major private health funds – Hicaps is available onsite for you to claim straight away.
Arrival Time
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time so you can take advantage of the full benefit of your consultation.
Late Arrivals
It’s important that you arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your session and to get the most out of your experience. Unfortunately, if you arrive late I won’t be able to extend your treatment session over the intended time as I often have another person booked after you!
